Pajamas for ladies

I hate the name of your customer service. I was NOT P.O. and I think that's "cute" but rude and tacky and I was not unhappy about customer service. , it was excellent. I am disappointed that the pajamas I sought have been discontinued.

The Company Store - Phone setup
Would not let me sign in. Give my zip code for continues on to the app. Keeps popping up on my phone. Not a good way to keep customers if it will not let you get the phone. Why is that there? I sincerely regret sending this message, but you need to fix your app. People need phones. I need your phone. I had to exchange my comforter( so hot - maybe the description could have been better. Im doing the survey because Im satisfied. Im sure most people dont. Ridiculous and Im angry I have to write more and now your asking me for MORE!!! I hated my first but way too hot . Is this enough. Im sure your not getting responses because of this stupid question

First of all rep I talked to by calling customer service was great. On line told me to go to Home Depot!NOT Wasnt clear where return label would be sent - turns out thru customer service rep it will be generated by UPS which it was and I received. Haven’t received product

I ordered on 4 Feb. I was told a few days after ordering that it wasnt available immediately but would ship on 28 March. I wasnt happy but understand that things are messed up right now. But its Apr 7, no one at Company Store can tell me anything. Just very frustrated.

Defective Product Runaround

I bought two sets of percale sheets in Jan 2021. Several small tears appeared in the bottom of the flat sheet in one set.

I examined the bed closely and nothing explains these tears other than a flaw in the material. I called and was surprised to get the run around being past 90 days blah blah. When I asked if she wanted to lose me as a repeat customer, I was transferred to a supervisor who doubled down on the runaround. I again asked if she wished to lose me as a future customer.

Her response was to bump my concerns to headquarters where someone will call me in 72 hours. Defective products should never amount to a hassle like this for any customer.

Also, I have been bombarded with printed catalogs every since the purchase and twice asked for it to stop.

This customer service should be relabeled "company service". I will mend the tears but that ends doing business with such clueless people.

I have recently removed our unbalanced feather mattress as the sections in some areas are flat. After having recent hip surgery, it has been impossible to get a restful sleep After given advice by your employee, Michelle, over the phone she kindly told me our feather mattress has a Lifetime warranty. Bought set of sheets. They did seem kind of thinnish, but there were all these great reviews, etc. Used them for 2 weeks, laundered them. Began folding them and realized: the fabric was ripped. After two weeks of use! (We're old. It's not like any one was jumping around wildly, etc., on the bed.) Call the company. Discover their policy: You wash the item, no returno. I'm like "whaaa?" The sheets rip after one normal use, and you won't refund my money? Nevertheless, I persisted. Sending sheets back; in theory they'll refund my money. But jeez: DO NOT bother with The Company Store.

I agree! Feb2020 I ordered 6 items.

One was to be monogramed. It wasn't but I was charged for it. Contacting customer service she told me to print out the return label and mail it back. My printer is not working and I'd would have to go to UPS.

They even questioned if I was sure that it was not monogramed!! BTW the item was a baby blanket, so time sensitive. I have enjoyed shopping with them for 25 yrs. I heard they had changed hands and customer service is not up to standards.

Previously I have been thrilled. Then after working through some of this for about 10 minutes, uh oh, item no longer available!! They'd refund the monogram cost, as they should have anyway!! They would give me a small discount on the blanket if I wanted to keep the (incomplete) blanket.

I pushed them telling them this was all their fault, they should own it and how could this error be made when it showed on my order that it was to be monogramed? They used the broke record of " this is what we can do and that is all". It was still on me to deal with the return if I wanted a refund with their problem. Finally she got a customer service supervisor.

I told them I knew they'd changed hands but where was the quality customer service? I was told,again, they'd return monogram cost and gave a slightly better discount on the item. It really wasn't worth it, but returning it would have been a hassel. They did not care!!!

I told then I will no longer shop with them.

Warning their error, your problem! Not customer friendly!!
